Alaska delivered four new premium VIP suites and a unisex amenities facility within the live Spark Arena, including the structural demolition of existing concrete bleachers and associated strengthening works. Careful staging, out-of-hours construction and close coordination with venue operations ensured the project was completed without disrupting the arena's busy event schedule.
